Your Online Naturopath

Naturopathic care using evidence based herbal medicine, and food-based support for women of all ages

Living remotely I understand how difficult it can be to see a health care provider. Online appointments enable you to receive naturopathic care from the comfort of your own home, in a relaxed manner. You still get same professional service, and is especially beneficial for those living remotely, have mobility issues, or are busy. So if you are looking to restore your hormonal balance, metabolic health, sleep, or energy through evidence- based naturopathic care, then book in today.

Inspired by my life on the farm. I believe strongly in food as medicine, herbal therapy, and sustainable lifestyle support. This approach supports health by working with the body rather than against it.

Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) has traditionally been used to support female hormonal balance, particularly during PMS, irregular cycles, and perimenopause. It may help support healthy progesterone levels, reduce cyclical breast tenderness and mood changes, and assist with symptoms linked to hormonal fluctuations.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support the body during times of stress and fatigue. It may help support nervous system health, improve resilience to stress, promote restful sleep, and assist with energy, mood, and hormone balance during periods of physical or emotional depletion.

Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa) is traditionally used to support women through perimenopause and menopause. It may help relieve symptoms associated with hormonal changes, including hot flushes, night sweats, mood fluctuations, and irritability, while supporting overall wellbeing during the menopausal transition.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It may help support joint health, digestive function, liver health, and overall wellbeing, while assisting the body in managing inflammation and oxidative stress.

A little bit more about menopause

Menopause isn’t a single moment in time — it’s a transition that can last years. Yet many women are never told what’s really happening in their bodies. When the first signs appear, it can be confusing and frustrating:

  • Weight that won’t shift, no matter what you eat or how much you move

  • Nights spent tossing and turning, leaving you exhausted

  • Mood changes or brain fog that make everyday life harder

  • Hot flushes and changes to your menstrual cycle that catch you off guard

I help women navigate this stage of life with confidence and clarity. I combine traditional wisdom of herbal medicine, whole-food nutrition, and regenerative health principles with modern naturopathic care and evidence based science to create personalised, realistic plans, helping to balance hormones.

Telehealth consultations are available Australia-wide, meaning you can access menopause and midlife health support wherever you live.

Appointments are also available by arrangement at the farm, for those living in the Taree, Gloucester, Nabiac, krambach, Forster and Wingham area

The Farm

Naturopath. Farmer. Herbalist.

My work sits at the intersection of clinical naturopathic care and life on a working farm. This means health support that is evidence-informed, deeply connected to food as medicine and herbal therapy, and grounded in what is realistic for everyday life.

I truly believe our health is deeply connected to the food we eat, and how that food is produced. Often I will make recommendations to include certain foods into your diet to support biochemical activities withi the body, based on scientific knowledge.

Learning & Herbal Support Beyond the Clinic

Alongside one-to-one naturopathic care, I offer educational programs and farm-made herbal products to support women beyond the consultation room. These resources are designed to deepen understanding of hormones, metabolism, and healthy aging, while providing gentle, practical support through food as medicine and herbal therapy. Created and grown on the farm, each product and learning experience reflects the same evidence-based sustainable approach used in clinic — supporting long-term wellbeing in a way that is accessible, realistic, and aligned with everyday life.

We supply a small range of herbal products, all designed to improve your health, using elements grown on the farm where possible.
